It's a nice idea, but....it's a very mild "sucking" pleasure. The instructions don't mention it, but there's a clear inverted plastic covering over the suction cup when it arrives - it works much better after you realize this and it's removed.

Complete waste of money! No instructions included, not even drawn diagrams or simple illustrations. No indications which way the batteries go. I tried several pairs of brand new batteries, in every conceivable placement, and never got more than an extremely weak, barely perceptible vibration which lasted less than 3 or 4 seconds. No controls, no button to turn on or off. The bulb was extremely stiff and impossible to squeeze without using both hands. Even then, it was a struggle. I never got any kind of suction at all out of it. So if it doesn't have suction, and doesn't vibrate, what good is it? I ended up with a useless, funny-looking piece of rubber which did absolutely nothing. I threw my money away. About the only good thing I can say is that it isn't noisy, because it doesn't do anything!
